Application for Membership

I hereby apply for admission into the Ancient Order of Hibernians in America, Inc., and agree that my reception and continuance in said Order shall depend on the truthfulness of my answers to the questions which are hereto attached, which answers are made by me for the purpose of gaining admittance to the order.

Eligible AOH Candidates

Must be male

Reside in the United States of America

Be of Irish birth or Irish descent through either parent

or legally adopted by those of Irish ancestry

or a spouse of a member in good standing of LOAH

or be a member of the Catholic Clergy, or be enrolled as a Seminarian, regardless of ancestry if they meet all other requirements

Be a participating Roman Catholic or other Catholic Rite recognized by the Pope

Be of good character

Be at least 16 years old
